Fun and Unique Elements to Make Your Wedding Ceremony Unforgettable.

Your wedding day should be a celebration filled with love, joy, and most importantly, fun! As a modern celebrant, I believe that every ceremony should be a reflection of who you are as a couple—a mix of heartfelt moments, laughter, and maybe a surprise or two along the way. To help create memorable and engaging ceremonies, I include interactive and light-hearted elements that your guests will love and remember.

Let me take you through some of the fun features I offer to make your wedding stand out from the rest!

1. Ring Bingo

Who doesn’t love a bit of excitement during the ceremony? Ring Bingo adds an element of surprise and fun as guests participate in finding out where the wedding rings are hidden. Before the ceremony, I’ll sneakily place the rings under one lucky guest’s seat. When it’s time for the ring exchange, I’ll announce to everyone that the rings are missing (gasp!), and that it’s up to the guests to help us find them. The guest who finds the rings shouts “Bingo!” and dances their way down the aisle to deliver them to the couple. It’s a hilarious, interactive moment that gets everyone involved and laughing.

2. Guest Vows

Why let the couple have all the fun? Incorporating guest vows into the ceremony adds a personal touch that engages everyone present. After your personal Vows I’ll invite guests to repeat ‘WE DO’ after I read each vow. Whether it’s promising to provide home help when the couple are sick, be a go to babysitter when stuck or always being there for a fun night out, these guest vows are heartfelt and funny. It’s a great way to include those special people in your life and add a unique twist to the ceremony. It’s also a great photo and video opportunity too!

3. Witness Lotto

Struggling to choose just two witnesses out of all your friends and family? Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! I offer a game of Witness Lotto, where every guest has the chance to be one of the lucky two witnesses to sign the marriage certificate. Just before the signing, I’ll draw two names from a bowl (or a hat, if you want to keep it extra fancy!). If your name is called, you’ll need to strut down the aisle, dancing like no one’s watching, and proudly declare, “I’m your witness, baby!” It’s all in good fun and gives your guests an unexpected role in the ceremony.
